Sniper Elite 3[]

German Elites appear as Fallschirmjägers are encountered near the end of the game deployed to defend various areas of importance in the levels Kasserine Pass, Ponts Du Fahs Airfield and Ratte Factory. The more elite of these soldiers, the Schutzvollstrecker (the elite guards of Raubvogel) are encountered in the the levels In Shadows, Belly of the Beast and Confrontation. The Elites use MP40 submachine guns and Gewehr 43 rifles and sometimes Panzerschrecks while the Schutzvollstrecker have the same loadouts but with more variety with the Luger P08, Trench Gun and the Teufelsfeuer. The Schutzvollstrecker have as much health as an Elite soldier.

The German plane Junkers Ju-87 appear in some levels like the Siege of Tobruk, Ponts Du Fahs Airfield and the DLC level Confrontation. The Junkers Ju-52 appears only in the Multiplayer. A Crashed Ju-52 appears in the middle of the map Airstrip, in the map Plantation another Ju-52 can be found wrecked near a tree with several crates spilled out of it. The Messerschmitt BF-109 appears in concept art but not the game.

Elites[]

German Elites are Fallschirmjager (paratroopers) from the Luftwaffe. They are better trained and see further, shoot more accurately and have more health than ordinary grunts.

Elites are later deployed around Vahlen's office in the ruins at the Kasserine Pass defending Oberst Johan, and respond for the whole garrison in the Ponts Du Fahs Airfield. They use the G43 rifles and MP40 submachine guns, with a few men carrying Panzerschrecks, especially in the raid of the LRDG in the Pont Du Fahs Airfield.

Schutzvollstrecker[]

They have higher health than the Elites and a better arsenal of weapons, including the Teufelsfeuer. They wear similar uniforms to the regular Elites but with no rifle ammo pouches but have an SMG ammo pouch on their back and have a grey camouflage pattern, with a black arm band. Their helmets are dark grey with driving goggles on it. They only appear in the DLC save Churchill levels In Shadows, Belly of the Beast and Confrontation.

Sniper Elite 4[]

The Luftwaffe is a common enemy in Sniper Elite 4.

Jägers are elite soldiers deployed to defend various areas of importance. Support Jägers carry Light Machine guns, as their name implies they assist regular Jägers in combat. The SS-Fallschirmjäger: Valkyrie appears in Deathstorm DLC.

Jäger[]

Jägers can carry a variety of weapons which they use with deadly accuracy, they are exclusively armed with MKb-42(H) assault rifles. Sometimes Jägers carry sniper rifles like Scoped Kar98s and Gewher 43s and carry MKBs as secondary weapons. Jägers use AP 38 pistols as secondary but Rarely Jägers can be armed with Trench guns. in Deathstorm Part 3: Obliteration, Jägers use M30 Drilling shotguns.

Support Jäger[]

Support Jägers are armed with FG 42 machine guns, in close combat they use AP 38 handguns. while these soldiers are deadly by themselves their main purposes it to suppress targets to allow other units such as infantry and other Jägers to move forward. Support Jägers mostly appear alongside regular Jägers, they are however not as common as them as a full Luftwaffe squad usually has one or two Support Jägers.

Multiplayer[]

The Jäger can be used in Multiplayer by default, the Support Jäger can be unlocked by getting 200 kills in Multiplayer matches.
